The results obtained by the tests are reviewed by the government authority for an approval. Once approved it will be provided to people as a “drug”. We call such process to determine the effectiveness of such “new drug” as a clinical trial. On the contrary, clinical study is a research conducted to understand the mechanism of a disease by investigating the cause and assessing therapeutic strategies. The clinical study enables us to establish a better medical care in the future.
